Niche is an exclusive Home Interior Design Firm that caters to interior design requirements of new projects, as well as renovation of existing spaces, to enhance contemporary comfort and convenience of the client.

We do end-to-end interior design work for new/existing houses and apartments, as well as adhoc renovations. Best quality materials and accessories are sourced directly from trustworthy vendors, eliminating middlemen and passing on the cost benefit to our clients.

We seek to live up to the reputation of our parent company, HHYS, founded by Mr. Hajee Hassan Yacoob Sait in Kayamkulam, in 1920. The company initially pursued businesses in the fields of textiles, provisions, petroleum and gold. Over the years, HHYS expanded the scope of its business with outlets in Kollam and Ernakulam, and currently focuses on infrastructure and construction materials like cement, steel, electrical accessories, hardware, sanitary ware, paints etc.

Niche is a new vertical that was inspired by our experience in the construction industry. We have a team of expert designers and skilled craftsmen who know just how to make the best possible use of the available space. We’ve also designed a 2000 sqft display showroom off MG Road in Cochin, showcasing samples of our design concepts and quality of execution.
